ORDERS AND DELIVERY
- When you order through us, your payment is processed securely if you purchase online. You may also pay by bank transfer by contacting us directly. Please note that we never store your payment details on our site.
- You will receive a confirmation email to advise that your order has been received and another when it has shipped.
- Our artists and makers handle their own deliveries and order management - if you have not received confirmation of an order withing 2 working days please email hello@thebetterday.co.uk and we will follow up on your behalf.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
- UK SHIPPING UK postage is free of charge for purchases over £25. Smaller items are delivered with a postage cost that reflects our costs.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING If you live outside the UK please get in touch and we will provide you with a postage cost before placing an order to ensure that you are comfortable with the overall cost of your purchase.
- Some of our artists and makers re-use packaging materials such as cardboard and bubble wrap to make sure that they are not wasted. So if your packaging looks as though it has been recycled, then it has been! It doesn't affect the quality of the packaging or your purchase, just helps with waste as much as possible. If you can re-use them again, please do so!
REFUNDS & RETURNS
- If you are unhappy with your purchase:
- Get in touch (hello@thebetterday.co.uk) within 21 days of receipt of your item to discuss the reason for your return.
- We will advise you at this stage of the return address and you will pay for the return shipping.
- We can arrange a full refund as long as the item is in its original condition and is returned undamaged.
- Refunds will only be issued once items have been returned to the specified address and no damage has been recorded.
- Refunds will be paid back via the original method of payment
- Should a purchase arrive damaged, a replacement will be organised except for original artworks in which case we will request their return (free of charge) and process a refund on your behalf via the original payment method.
